| I need to modify a document (WORD, Excel, Powerpoint, etc.) that is in my iLearn course. How do I do this? |
| |
Edit and save the document on your own computer and then re-upload the document into the Managed Files section of your iLearn course. If the document is named exactly the same name, the newer (edited) version of the document will overwrite the older version. You will be asked if you want the new copy to overwrite the old copy. |

Click on the Content Tool and then click on the HTML document you wish to modify. Click on the button in the upper right hand side of the screen to access the internal iLearn HTML editor. Click save when finished. |

| |
This error most often occurs when trying to edit documents using a Macintosh computer in browsers other than Firefox. Try using Mozilla - Firefox to edit your content. http://www.mozilla.org/products/firefox/ |

| I added a document in the Content area, then had to edit it. When I uploaded the new edited version, iLearn reverted back to my original document when I clicked on the link in the Content tool. What happened? |
| |
