Safari Saturdays: Hands-on Learning Activities for PreK-3rd Graders & Their Families Plan now to bring your young learner to a STEM Safari Saturday hosted by the Oakley STEM Center. MAGESTIC MEASUREMENT! Saturday, December 1 from 1-4pm This STEM Safari is beyond measure! Children and their families will engage in measurement activities involving length, area, volume, time, and weight. Children will practice measurement using standard and nonstandard units. Some stations will be introduced with children's literature. Safari Saturdays are flexible events; come and go as your family's schedule allows; parent/guardian must remain with child/children.
