Fraud, Waste and Abuse
The University endeavors to prevent and investigate allegations of fraud, waste, and abuse. To educate departments, Internal Audit has a printable brochure that defines and provides several options for reporting fraud, waste, and abuse. Additional guidance on fraud, waste, and abuse can be found below.
If you have knowledge of fraud, waste, or abuse, please report it either to your supervisor, Internal Audit via the form (see link below), the TBR (via a link in the TBR policy below), or the State Comptroller’s Office at 1-800-232-5454. Any complaints to Internal Audit, the TBR, or the State Comptroller’s Office can be anonymous if you so desire.
