Charles Wilkerson serves as the Director of International Student Affairs. He started at TTU from August 2004.
Wilkerson oversees the Office of International Students Affairs
Under the ISA is the Immigration Specialist, Study Abroad, International Undergraduate Admissons, International Insurance, and the new ESL program at TTU, FLS International is also affiliated under the ISA Office.
Presently his main focus is on international recruitment and partnership developments world wide and nationwide.
In 2010 and 2011 WIlkerson traveled to Japan, South Korea, China, PR, Taiwan, ROC, Thailand, Vietnam, Malaysia and UAE for recruitment fairs and expos.
His recruitment plans in 2011 include Turkey, and Brazil to his itenarary of destinations.
In Tennessee, Charles is a member of TAIE, and Region 7 NAFSA, and serves as a trainer for new DSO's in the TBR.
Andrew Bleignier, Immigration Specialist

Andrew Bleignier serves as the Immigration Specialist in International Student Affairs. He started at TTU from October 2010.
Andrew assists the Director of International Student Affairs, and oversees all international faculty, staff, researcher, and student immigration related questions, inquires, and updates.
Andrew serves as the primary contact for all international faculty, staff, researchers, and students, and to ensure complaince with immigration regulations outlined by the Department of Homeland Security, Department of State, and Department of Labor.
Andrew is a member of NAFSA.
Brenda Gentry

Gentry's main responsibility is to oversee all international student accounting and payment issues. She also is the designated contact for international medical insurance issues, billing questions and problems. Ms. Gentry has been at TTU for 15 years and worked previously in the Business and Records offices. She handles the budget issues for the Office of International Student Affairs.
Amy Miller, Study Abroad Coordinator

Miller is the Study Abroad Coordinator. Her main responsibilities include: recruiting students to study abroad, assisting students in the selection of programs abroad, facilitating the paperwork for visas, accommodations, travel reimbursement scholarships, acceptance from host institution, and credit posting. Miller has more than 10 years experience working with internationally diverse groups of people and is fluent in Spanish.
