Open the Door to New Friends!
International Friends program links International Students with local host families with the aim of opening the doors to cultural understanding and fresh perspectives through communication and friendship. The ICHA is not a home stay program. Students live on campus and visit their host families for special events and occasions. Host families can meet with the students as often as is convenient and comfortable for both the host and the student. A monthly contact is requested. Whenever possible, students should be included in special celebrations.
Upcoming Event*** International Banquet- Saturday, Feb. 23rd from 6-8pm in the RUC Multipurpose Room- Entertainment and Fantastic Food!!!
Annual events include:
- Ice Cream Social
- Fall Fun Fest, early September
- Cookout, October
- International Friendship Banquet, end of February
- Windows on the World
