Accelerated Degree Programs
The TTU Interdisciplinary Studies accelerated 2+2 degree is done as a partnership with two community college in the region—Motlow State and Roane State Community Colleges. The first two years are taken at the community colleges and the second two years are taken with TTU at a community college location. The program is designed to offer the same experience at the distance locations as students would get on the main campus
The characteristics of an accelerated program learner are:
- Committed
- Highly motivated
- Independent learner
- Disciplined
In a very few semesters, graduates could:
- Advance to a management role
- Achieve higher earnings with a BS degree
- Increase marketable skills
- Gain greater career satisfaction
