Respondus LockDown Browser

Respondus LockDown Browser™ is a customized browser that increases the security of test delivery in iLearn at TTU. Please check the system requirements before installing from the link below.

Windows System Requirements:

  • Windows Vista, XP, Windows 2000
  • Internet Explorer 5.5 or higher
  • 1 MB of permanent space on the hard drive

 

 Macintosh System Requirements:
  • OS X 10.3.9 or higher
  • Safari
  • 512 MB of permanent space on the hard drive
Windows Install Instructions
  • Under Windows, scroll down to select "Install from server 1" or "Install from server2"
  • Answer "Yes" to accept the ActiveX control from Macrovision (InstallShield).
  • Click the Install button
  • Follow the Installation Shield program.
 Macintosh Install Instructions
  • Scroll down to Macintosh
  • Select "Install from server 1"
    or "Install from server2"
  • Answer "Yes" to running the Java application.
