To access your PC Lab account you must first reset the password. Once you reset your password you can access your email, iLearn, ResNet, wireless access, University PC Labs, and online Library databases.

The Tennessee Tech Residential Network (ResNet) provides Internet connectivity for students with personal computers living in campus residence halls and apartments. Currently, ResNet is available in all the regular dormitories on campus and Tech Village Apartments.
In order to connect to ResNet you will need to have a personal computer which meets specified hardware and software requirements and a Ethernet adapter (either built-in or an add-on card) with a RJ45 connector. Go to the ResNet link to view the Requirements for more information about getting connected.
Student accounts are added to the system prior to the beginning of the semester but you will not be able to see your courses until the first day of the semester. All courses are not taught using iLearn so you need to check with your instructor to confirm that you will be using it for your courses. If the course section is M10, 500 or R50 (R50 courses must be accessed by going to the Regents Online Degree Program (RODP) server) it is designated as a completely online course and should be accessible through iLearn (or the RODP server).
To login, use your PC Lab account (this is the same username and password as your email account minus the @tntech.edu). If you have not setup your email account, please select the "change your initial password" link on the iLearn login page and reset your password. Your old password will be your T# (including the captial T).
Some courses require Respondus Lockdown Browser to complete exams and quizzes through iLearn.

TTU provides students with several labs around campus. The labs that are open for use are the Clement Hall 313A, Johnson Hall 214, and Henderson Hall 111. To view information about lab locations, software available, hours and more select the Computing/Labs link on the menu.

To login to Eagle Online you will need to know your Student ID (or T number) and PIN.
What if I forgot my PIN?
Students can request access to a student organization web directory located on the orgs.tntech.edu server. Just complete the online Student Organization Web Request form (located under Online Forms & Downloads in the navigation to the left).
TTU supports Adobe Dreamweaver but you are welcome to use any HTML editor you are comfortable with. Our servers do not currently support PHP or mySQL.

Once you have done this, you will need to have your departmental secretary mark the course(s) in Banner. After the course is marked in Banner the course(s) and class list(s) will populate iLearn automatically.

If you need to get access to a student organization web site or your organization would like to start a web site, go to Online Forms & Downloads and under Web Directory Accounts select the link for Student Organization Web Request.
We do not create generic accounts for clubs and organizations. The account will need to be requested by the specific person who will maintain the directory. Multiple people can maintain one web site.
