Copyright Laws for the Media Center
It is the policy of the Media Center of Tennessee Technological University to follow the United States Copyright Law of 1976, as amended, (Title 17, United States Code). Any use of duplicating facilities by students, faculty or staff for infringing use of copyrighted works is subject to civil remedies and criminal penalties as provided by federal law.
