Introducing our Newest Acquisition (8/20/07)
The Angelo and Jeanette Volpe Library would like to introduce our newest librarian, David Hajdik, who comes to us from the National Park Service, where he most recently held the position of District Supervisor at the Natchez Trace Parkway. He has now successfully prepared himself for a new career, pursuing and completing the Master’s in Information Science degree at UT and completing an internship and service in two of Tennessee’s academic libraries. It is not true that he stole the Mary Mountain Trail sign displayed in his office from Yellowstone National Park during his service there.
