Circulation
Checking Out Materials
All University students, staff, and faculty may check out materials by presenting a valid University ID at the Circulation Desk.
Members of the following groups may obtain borrowing privileges by presenting proper identification at the Circulation Desk.
- Alumni
- Citizens of Tennessee
- Faculty from other colleges and universities with ID from OCLC reciprocal borrowing program
- President's Club members
- Spouses and dependents of deceased TTU faculty
- Spouses of TTU faculty and faculty emeriti
- Students, faculty, and staff from Tennessee Board of Regents schools. Must have a valid I.D. or proof of registration.
- Students, faculty, and staff from University of Tennessee schools. Must have a valid I.D. and TALC borrower's card from UT school.
