How fast will I get an answer?
Librarians will respond to your question within 24 hours during the period of Monday 8:00 AM through Friday at 12:00 noon. Often the turn-around time will be much faster. Responses to questions received after 12:00 noon on Friday or during the weekend may be sent within 24 hours depending on the number of patrons at the Information Desk during the weekend. Exceptions to this schedule will be made in accordance with library hours for holidays, semester interims, and unscheduled closings.
