Off Campus Document Delivery Guidelines
- The Library will pay to process, package and mail the request to the borrower.
- The borrower will pay all charges to return the material to the Library. The Library will provide a return mailing label.
- Items have a 10-day grace period after the due date. If the material is received in the library during this time, no fines or charges will be incurred.
- Materials may be renewed three ways:
- Call the Circulation Desk at 931-372-3326 to request renewal. Please wait on the line to hear your new due date.
- Visit the Library's Web site and log on to "My Account" on the Library Catalog. You will need the barcode number from your ID.
- Email the Circulation Staff and make your request. A reply will be sent to you verifying your renewal date.
- If an item has not been returned to the library two weeks after the due date, the borrower is subject to lost / replacement charges -- currently $68.71 as of July 2006 per book and perhaps more for media materials -- and any overdue fines reaching $2.00 or more. See Fines & Charges for more information.
