Basic On-Location Live Streaming Package:

  • 1 half-day of streaming with one fixed camera (1 producer, no operator):   $600
    Each additional camera (up to four available):   $100
    Camera operator (up to one for each camera):   $50
  • 1 full day of streaming with one fixed camera (1 producer, no operator):   $1,000
    Each additional camera (up to four available):   $150
    Camera operator (up to one for each camera):   $75

Basic Studio Streaming/Recording Package: $100 an hour, 2-hour minimum commitment

Basic Recording Package:

  • 1 half-day of recording (1 camera, 1 operator, 1 producer, no live video feed):   $425
    Each additional camera (up to four available):   $100
    Each additional camera operator (up to one for each camera):   $50
  • 1 full day of recording (1 camera, 1 operator, 1 producer, no live video feed):   $850
    Each additional camera (up to four available):   $100
    Each additional camera operator (up to one for each camera):   $50

Audio Package Options:

  • 1 half-day, small PA system (2 each microphones, speakers, speaker stands, 1 power amplifier):   $300
  • 1 full-day, small PA system (includes all the above):   $500
  • 1 half-day, large PA system (16-channel mixer, 2 power amps, up to 4 speakers and stands, 2 wireless microphones and up to 12 wired microphones, sound engineer):   $600
  • 1 full day, large PA system (includes all the above):   $1,000

Pre-Production:

  • Custom graphics for non-TTU events available on request

Post Production:

  • Burning a DVD for client’s use:   $50
  • Editing and burning a DVD for client’s use:   $175

Please note that OCM requires at least a month’s advance notice to ensure staff are available for your event. If your event is between two and four weeks away, there will be an additional charge of $150. For less than a week’s notice, an additional $250 will be added to your quote.
