The Bryan Fine Arts Building is home to the Department of Music and Art. Built in 1981 and named after distinguished Tennessee composer and teacher Charles Faulkner Bryan, the Bryan Fine Arts Building is a 55,000 square-foot structure that includes 28 faculty offices/teaching studios, two newly renovated painting and art education studios, four classrooms, abundant individual and small ensemble practice rooms, a large ensemble rehearsal space, a small recital hall, and Wattenbarger Auditorium, TTU's main concert venue. This building contains Department offices that administer the degree Bachelor of Music and Bachelor of Fine Arts.

Building Hours
Regular Building Hours:
- Monday thru Friday: 7 a.m. to midnight
- Saturdays: 10 a.m. to 10 p.m.
- Sundays: 10 a.m. to midnight
Holidays and Breaks:
- Semester break (Dec/Jan): CLOSED December 24 at 8 p.m. to January 2 at 7 a.m.
- Independence Day: CLOSED July 3 at 8 p.m. to July 5 at 7 a.m.
- Thanksgiving: CLOSED preceding Wednesday at 8 p.m. Open following Friday at 8 a.m.
Unauthorized persons in Bryan Fine Arts Building during times of official closing will be ejected by University Police and are subject to University disciplinary and/or statutory procedures. Students wishing access to the building during times of official closing must obtain advance permission from the Departmental Office at 931/372-3161.
