School of Nursing 
- Apply for admission to the University.
- Complete an Upper Division Nursing Application by the deadline one semester before you want to begin upper division.
- Have official transcripts sent to the Admissions Office immediately after grades are posted.
- If you have repeated any classes, fill out a repeat card as soon as grades are posted.
