SOAR (Student Orientation, Advising, and Registration) is an exciting new program that introduces new students and their parents to Tennessee Tech and officially begins the transition to campus life.

At SOAR, students:

1. Meet with advisors to plan their academic program,
2. Learn about University Resources and Campus Life,
3. Meet Tennessee Tech students, faculty, staff and their new classmates,
4. Register for Fall Semester Classes.

Designed for new Tennessee Tech students, SOAR sessions are available for new incoming freshman students. All new students are asked to reserve a SOAR session date and make plans to attend the entire list of SOAR events that are scheduled.

Make plans now to attend SOAR 2008! To receive an invitation to SOAR, you'll need to be admitted to Tennessee Tech University for the Fall 2008 semester. Look for your SOAR invitation in your mailbox in spring 2008!
