Directing and supervising all aspects of minority tutoring program, monitoring students’ progress in an effort toward higher retention and graduation; providing academic counseling and advising; organizing and conducting  Academic Success workshops;  mentoring graduate and undergraduate students; writing and maintaining grants; participating in the Black Cultural Center's  events, professional development  activities, meetings, conferences  and other functions as requested by the director.
