Oversees the entire employment process to include recruiting and hiring qualified employees within federal, state, and University regulations, policies, and procedures, and background investigations; manages the implementation and maintenance of the online employment system; manages the update and maintenance of the university compensation plan including calculating salaries; monitors international student employment for compliance with immigration guidelines; verifies tax obligations of Foreign Nationals (employees and students); processes unemployment claims; and maintains HR website.
