Decide, when, where and a convenient time for all parties concerned. Please consider when the photos will be made to maek the best use of available time and minimize your cost.
Please schedule appointments at least 24 hours in advance whenever possible. Note that the calendar doesn't always include setup and travel times.

Please provide an index/FOPAL number if this photo is for departmental purposes.
Terms
Personal orders must be prepaid. Checks, cash, Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover accepted. Prices do not include state sales tax. University departments must furnish a valid FOPAL when placing orders. Rush work will be accepted when possible. Services requiring 24 hour or less turnaround will be billed with a 100% surcharge.
