Overview of Changes
Various changes have been made to the user interface and database structure
of the Institutional Effectiveness Support System (formerly the Departmental Mission and Goals Website) to simplify the process of
entering information and to greatly expand the capabilities to generate reports
and access information in the database.
New User Interface Features
- There is now a single logon for all operations.
- Repetitive operations are now easier to perform.
- Selection options have been simplified with a new user interface.
- The relationship to university goals is now accomplished
through multiple check boxes.
- Your unit goal can now relate to multiple university
goals.
- You can select one or more university performance indicators as
outcomes.
New Database Features
- All users will be able to search the database and
display/print reports by selecting the Reports option (no password
required).
- The database can be searched by University
Goal and/or Assessment Indicator.
- The search can be narrowed by unit or college/division.
