Chattanooga Business Owner Creates Business ScholarshipTennessee Technological University was recently endowed a scholarship to benefit business majors from the Greater Chattanooga Area. The scholarship was given by Everett G. Warren, a 1968 accounting graduate of Tennessee Tech, through his company, the American Manufacturing Foundation.
"I wanted to give back to the places that have contributed so much to me and my family," Warren said. "This scholarship is a way for me to help deserving young people who need support to make it through college. And it helps those people who have assisted us to know that their support is appreciated."
Warren is a member of the Tennessee Tech College of Business Administration Foundation, a non-profit organization that supports students and programs of the College of Business.
