Brackney awarded Knieling Memorial Scholarship

Charlotte Brackney was recently awarded the Lauren Knieling Memorial Scholarship to Tennessee Tech University. Knieling was killed in 2006, a few days before she started her freshman year at Tennessee Tech. She is remembered for her friendly, caring attitude and for actively volunteering in her community. The scholarship is awarded to graduates of Cookeville High School who are involved in school, church or community service.
