Cleveland student awarded engineering scholarship at TTU

Shane Patrick Foley, a Tennessee Tech University student from Cleveland, Tenn., has been awarded the William David Robinson Scholarship.

Foley, a freshman chemical engineering at TTU, was awarded for his academic excellence.

Foley, a 2010 graduate of Cleveland County High School, is the son of Brendan and Amy Foley and the grandson of Robert and Patricia Alderson, Verona, Pa., and Marion and Joseph Waters of Pittsburgh, Pa.
