Coffee County’s Carter awarded engineering scholarship at TTU

Ryan Steven Carter, a student at Tennessee Tech University from Tullahoma, Tenn., has been awarded the Ned K. Walters Scholarship.

Carter, a freshman electrical engineering major at Tech, was awarded for his academic excellence. A 2010 graduate of Tullahoma High School, Carter is the son of Joseph (Steve) and Sharon Carter and the grandson of Harvey and Anne Neufeldt of Cookeville and Nancy Carter of Columbia.
