"When I walked into her office panicking," said Reed, "she immediately grabbed the phone, the computer and the files necessary and went to work. I had a crisis with my schedule: the computer dropped me from the wrong class and it was too late to get back in. When she noticed how upset I was, she said, 'Don't worry. We'll take care of it.' She worked for nearly two hours to solve my problem. I would like for her to know much I appreciate her time, effort and attitude."
