Kay Hume is TTU Ambassador of the Month for May 2009
COOKEVILLE, Tenn. (May 8, 2009) – Kay Hume of Information Technology Services has gone out of her way many times to help TTU employees with the transition to Banner.
Jerri Winningham, interim registrar, says Hume has been a "life saver. She went above and beyond the call of duty.
"The Records Office could not have made the transition from SIS to Banner without her," Winningham continues. "I think anyone (staff, faculty and administrators) on campus who had questions about Banner regarding students wanted to go straight to Hume for the answer. She has always tried to answer all questions."
Hume has been with the university since November 1988 and currently serves as a Systems Analyst 2.
