Tennessee Tech will host an information session about its Fast Track 2+2 Bachelor of Science in Interdisciplinary Studies program on Tuesday, May 25 at the Oak Ridge campus.

The program is an efficient, schedule-friendly way for working adults to earn a bachelor’s degree. Interested individuals are invited to attend the session at noon Eastern in Room H209.

Students in the Fast Track 2+2 program can complete a two-year associate’s degree at Roane State or Pellissippi, and then transition into Tennessee Tech’s Interdisciplinary Studies program while continuing to take classes at the Oak Ridge campus. Because of the accelerated format, students will be able to complete their bachelor’s degree in two years while working full-time.

Students who already have an A.A. or A.S. degree are eligible to enter directly into the bachelor’s degree program this fall. Students with an A.A.S. can have their transcripts evaluated and receive credit toward their bachelor’s degree.

The Tennessee Tech program offers concentrations in organization development and in psychology and human behavior. Courses include Human Resource Management, Business Law, Professional Communications, Industrial Psychology and Occupational Sociology.
