Elaine M. Bak of Madeira Beach, Fla., was recently honored by Tennessee Tech University’s College of Arts and Sciences.
Bak, wife of Simon J. Bak and mother of Joey Bak, received the Robert Bode Memorial Scholarship from TTU’s English department. Bak, a junior English literature major, is a 1999 graduate of Pinellas Park High School. She plans to earn a graduate degree.
She and her family own and operate Cybertag in Cookeville.
