Peggie Parrott Named Tennessee Tech Ambassador of the Month

Peggie Parrott, secretary in Tennessee Technological University's Athletics department, made a couple of friends during this year's Fun Frolic carnival and earned the distinction of Tennessee Tech Ambassador of the Month.

Mail carrier Micky Huddleston says the university Post Office received a package for a carnival worker, but staff members didn't know how to get in touch with the recipient. Parrott dropped by the Post Office soon after and, says Huddleston, "We told her about it. She went and found the person and brought him back to the Post Office to get his package."
