Pickett County’s Chambers receives award from TTU

Erin Chambers of Byrdstown, Tenn., was recently honored by Tennessee Tech University’s College of Arts and Sciences.

Chambers, daughter of Christie and Michael Chambers, received the Frederick Culp Scholarship for the coming year from TTU’s physics department. Chambers, a freshman physics major, is a 2009 graduate of Pickett County High School.
