PUTNAM COUNTY STUDENTS NAMED TO TTU COLLEGE OF BUSINESS AMBASSADOR TEAM

Putnam County students Akilah Vinson and Olivia Clinard were selected to be part of the College of Business Student Ambassador's team at Tennessee Tech University.

Vinson, daughter of James and Valerie Vinson, is a senior marketing major. She graduated from Cookeville High School in 2007. Vinson is on the Dean's List.

Clinard is a junior marketing major. She graduated from Monterey High School in 2008. She was part of the Dean's List her freshman year, Alpha Lambda Delta and a Delton Dyal scholarship recipient. Clinard is the daughter of Terri Craig and Charles Clinard and granddaughter of Eva Rich.

The College of Business Student Ambassadors are students with strong communications skills. The group helps the college with several important endeavors including hosting various COB events (such as Fall Celebration donor dinner, Homecoming, WOW, Student-to-Career programs), making recruitment visits to high schools and community colleges, and providing tours of Johnson Hall and the TTU campus.
