Rutherford’s Kelly awarded engineering scholarship at TTU
Christopher J. Kelly, a student at Tennessee Tech University from Lascassas, Tenn., has been awarded the William David Robinson Scholarship.
Kelly, a freshman engineering major at Tech, was awarded for his academic excellence. A 2010 graduate of Oakland High School, Kelly is the son of Jeffrey and Chong Kelly and the grandson of Ruth Maloney of Gladeville.
