Rutherford’s Mayo awarded engineering scholarship at TTU

Joshua Shane Mayo, a student at Tennessee Tech University from Murfreesboro, Tenn., has been awarded the Matteson-Hudson Scholarship.

Mayo, a freshman mechanical engineering major at Tech, was awarded for his academic excellence. A 2010 graduate of Eagleville High School, Mayo is the son of Ruby Nicholson and Laymon Mayo.
