See blown glass exhibit ‘Daydreams of Flora’
Roxanne Ferrera’s senior thesis exhibition in glass will be shown April 14-18 at the North Windows Gallery of the Appalachian Center for Craft. A reception is scheduled for 4-6:30 p.m. April 17.
Ferrera has been studying both glass-blowing and horticulture at Tennessee Tech University since 2005. The show, “Daydreams of Flora,” is the culmination of her experience and will feature blown glass terrariums and a sculptural glass house.
The Appalachian Center for Craft is located approximately six miles from Interstate 40 at Exit 273 (Smithville/McMinnville). Go south on Highway 56; turn left immediately after crossing Hurricane Bridge. This drive leads to the Craft Center.
