Tennessee Tech University student Brooke McCarter, of Pigeon Forge, was recently chosen to compete in the Network of International Business Schools Case competition.

McCarter, daughter of Rick and Kim McCarter, will compete in the 18th edition of the NIBS Worldwide Case Competition. During the competition, student teams are challenged to come up with the best ideas and solutions for strategic business problems. For every case, teams present and defend their strategic plan to a jury of professional and academic experts. Apart from the intensive consultancy work, students participate in a cultural and social program that gives them the opportunity to develop an international network.

McCarter, a senior marketing major at TTU, is a 2009 graduate of Pigeon Forge High School.
