Sullins BFA exhibition to run April 12-18 at Craft Center

Sullins is working toward her bachelor of fine arts degree in fiber. The exhibit will be open from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily in the North Windows Gallery of the Tennessee Tech satellite campus. Admission to the Craft Center is free, and the exhibition is open to the public.
The exhibition explores the microscopic world that each person holds inside. Through binding, embroidery and heat techniques, Sullins transforms fabric into beautiful specimens detailed for the viewers' observation and delight.
A reception for the artist will be held 4-7 p.m. on April 16 at the gallery.
The Appalachian Center for Craft is located approximately six miles from Interstate 40 at Exit 273 (Smithville /McMinnville). Go south on Highway 56 and turn left immediately after crossing Hurricane Bridge. This drive leads to the Craft Center.
