TSBDC offers marketing seminar to small businesses
Small business owners who are looking to expand, or start, their marketing efforts are invited to attend a free workshop sponsored by the Tennessee Small Business Development Center at Tennessee Tech University.
The center will host speaker Robert Staub, a small business coach and advisory board member of the TSBDC. His talk, “TSBDC grow your business tour,” will be from 1 to 3 p.m. Aug. 25 in the conference room of the state’s Department of Vocational Rehabilitation at 955 East 20th St.
“I will be working with small business owners who want to grow their business and become more focused,” Staub said. “If we help the owner with business growth, jobs will follow.”
The workshop is designed to help entrepreneurs with direction, identity, marketing and benchmarks to help them plan ways to generate more business.
Admission is free, but pre-registration is required. Call 931/372-3648 or visit www.tsbdc.org.
