TTU 2007 summer Dean's list announced

Tennessee Tech University is pleased to announce the names of its students included on the Dean’s list for the summer 2007 semester.

Students earn the academic distinction by completing a full course load with a quality point average of 3.1 or better on the university’s 4.0 scale.

TTU is no stranger to high ratings. U.S.News and World Report magazine’s 2008 America’s Best Colleges guide ranked TTU as one of the Top 10 public universities in the South, and the university was ranked 25th among the best universities — which include both public and private institutions — for the Southern region.

In addition, for the fourth consecutive year, TTU was included in The Princeton Review “America’s Best Value Colleges” guidebook. The university was also named one of America’s 100 Best College Buys by Institutional Research and Evaluation Inc.

A member of the Tennessee Board of Regents, TTU ranks first in alumni satisfaction among all other TBR universities. The university offers 44 undergraduate degree and 21 graduate degree programs, including the Ph.D. in engineering, environmental sciences and education.
