Jodie Masterman, a TTU clay student, will host a reception for her senior thesis exhibition from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. Saturday, April 27.

Masterman’s floral, whimsical art is accented with gold and pearl luster, inspired by her childhood in Wales and her grandparents’ sets of Royal Albert and Royal Doulton china sets.

All seniors in TTU’s bachelor of fine arts program are required to host a solo exhibition in place of writing an academic thesis before they graduate.

The Appalachian Center for Craft is approximately six miles from Interstate 40 at exit 273 (Smithville/McMinnville). Go south on state Route 56; turn left immediately after crossing Hurricane Bridge. This drive leads to the Craft Center.
