TTU students complete survey, win prizes

COOKEVILLE, Tenn. (May 5, 2009) — Tennessee Tech University students Corey Brown (left) and Matt Reed (right) display some of the prizes they received for filling out the university’s National Survey of Student Engagement. The survey, given to first-time freshman and seniors, gauges students’ experiences at the university and is used to make program improvements as well as to qualify for performance funding. Brown and Reed, two of six students receiving prizes for participating, won T-shirts and $100 gift certificates from the University Bookstore presented to them by TTU President Bob Bell. Photo: TTU.
