Warm smile, positive attitude sparks recogntion for Lela Marie Cowan

Lela Marie Cowan, accountant in Grants Accounting, always has a smile, says student Michele Birmele.

"When I started working for Lela, I found out that her husband had a stroke and that she was experiencing severe knee and ankle problems." Even so, says Birmele, "she manages a smile everyday and when I need to know where something is, she'll walk me there herself."
