2) Save the PDF Job Order form to your desktop.
3) Open PDF Job Order form file.
4) With PDF Job Order form file open, Click File (in upper left corner): Go down to: Send Email: Send to: This e-mail address is being protected from spambots, you need JavaScript enabled to view it
Attach or send an IDT . . . or ask us to prepare one by giving FOAPAL information in order form. (Do not include FOAPAL information if you plan to send an IDT.)
We will not prepare an IDT if we do not get specific instructions to do so.
