Tammy Reynolds named TTU's June ambassador

COOKEVILLE, Tenn. (June 24, 2003) — Tennessee Tech University employment manager Tammy Reynolds is the ultimate professional — and just plain nice, too, according to Rebecca Thomas of Lebanon, Tenn. Thomas, who's been applying for a job on at the university, had trouble with the online application process, and Reynolds walked her through it.

"A little kindness and pleasant attitude goes a long way to help someone like myself," said Thomas, adding that she hopes Tennessee Tech is aware of Reynolds' value, as "excellent customer service is rare these days."
