Cookeville, Tenn. (July 29, 2004) Its that time again to
make plans now to attend Bacchanal 2004. More than a celebration of art,
fine craft, wine and gourmet food, the Bacchanal provides scholarships
for Tennessee Tech Universitys art majors. Bacchanal 2004 is set
for Sunday, Oct. 10, from 1 to 5 p.m. at Spankies Restaurant in Cookeville,
located just off TTUs campus at 203 E. 9th St. The Bacchanal begins
with a delectable cocktail buffet feast and an extensive selection of
wines and beers. At 2:30 p.m. the exciting live auction of art and fine
craft begins. Reservations are $30 per person if purchased before Friday,
Oct. 8, and $35 at the door. Each guest receives a commemorative wine
glass in appreciation for their support of the Bacchanal scholarships.
