COOKEVILLE, Tenn. (March 22, 2005) — Donna Warren, technical clerk in Tennessee Tech University's Telecommunications Office, is "responsive, articulate, courteous and, above all, lively," said someone who should know, motivational speaker Jack Jackson of Dayton, Ohio, who recently called campus and spoke with Warren. "My comments about Donna are totally unsolicited and are meant only to applaud her for being a good representative of Tennessee Tech."

Warren's co-workers agree.

"Donna exudes kindness and professionalism and is a positive reflection of the university every day," said account services manager Tammy Hargis, who nominated Warren for an ambassador award. "She is one of those individuals who is genuinely nice every single day, and she makes you want to be more like her."
