First Lady selects Walton House Christmas tree
COOKEVILLE,
Tenn. (Nov. 28, 2007) — Tennessee Tech University First Lady Gloria
Bell, right, gets some help picking out a Christmas tree from Chuck Johnson,
owner of Chuck Johnson Nursery and Garden Center, located at 1717 E. Spring
St. in Cookeville. The garden center donates the university’s official
tree each year for display in Walton House, the TTU president’s residence.
Johnson Nursery and Garden Center offers a complete selection of live and
lifelike trees and wreaths, holiday flowers and other decorations for the
