Records and Registration 
You can view or change your student information by using Eagle Online.
Click on "Request Institution Information." Type in your social security number and your six-digit PIN. From this menu you can view or change your address, view holds, your grades for a specific term, your institutional academic transcript, or your fee assessment. If you change any of your personal information, such as your address, please remember to use upper and lower case letters where appropriate. You can also change your PIN or request an unofficial transcript (one per semester). Please remember that if you want an official copy of your transcript to be mailed to a third party, you must supply the Records Office with your signature.
To Change your name
You will need to supply the Records Office with:
1. A copy of your Marriage Certificate, Divorce Decree, or Court Order showing that your name has been legally changed;
AND
2 . A copy of your social security card with your new name.
To Change your social security number
You will need to supply the Records Office with your social security card.
