11:00 am - 11:50 am on Tuesdays and Thursdays is reserved for activities other than classes. The following priorities should be followed:

Tuesday -

• activity involving students, primarily; and
• activity involving faculty, primarily.

Thursday -

• University committees involving faculty, students and staff;
• student committees not easily scheduled on Tuesdays; and
• special interest groups not easily scheduled on Tuesdays.
