FITNESS CLASS DESCRIPTIONS
AB LAB – Join us for a core workout you won't forget! Ab work, fitness balls, and planks... OH MY!!!
AQUA DANCE: Join us in the pool as we mambo and cha-cha to an eclectic mix of oldies, latin and rock and roll. It's easy to learn, easy on your joints and good for your heart and spirit.
BELLY DANCING: Improve your hip movement, gain better posture, get more coordinated and have fun! No prior experience or special attire needed. Everyone is welcome!
CARDIO SCULPT: Cardio Sculpt is a combination of energetic, fat burning cardio intervals with strength training moves using a variety of equipment. We’ll throw in some abdominal exercises at the end of this high-energy strength and cardio workout to ensure an exciting workout experience.
KICK AND SCULPT: Kick and Sculpt combines the best of non-contact cardio kickboxing and sculpting for a high-energy total body workout. The unique blend of punches, kicks, and strength moves along with upbeat music is sure to help improve your cardiovascular endurance as well as help strengthen your entire body.
PEDAL I.T.: A group fitness experience on a stationary bike! Great for everyone: male, female, conditioned, deconditioned, because YOU control your pace and resistance.
SCULPT ZONE: A class for all fitness levels that is designed to improve muscular strength and endurance. Each major muscle group will be targeted using a variety of resistance equipment.
TURBO KICK: A 45 minute kickboxing dance party that will burn calories, tone your body, and leave you with enough energy to tackle the rest of your day.
WARRIOR FITNESS: Ready for a real workout? This class will push you to the limit with a crosstraining, martial arts mash-up. Jon us to get in shape or reach new goals!
WATER WORKS: This class uses the water's natural properties, buoyancy and resistance, to increase your fitness level.
YOGA: Need to relax? Yoga can help with that. It is a quiet stretching and strength exercise while mediating while worries melt away.
ZUMBA: Dance for FUN, dance to SWEAT, dance your gluteus maximus off at this dance party!
