Aqua Dance: Join us in the pool as we mambo and cha-cha to an eclectic mix of oldies, latin, and rock and roll. It's easy to learn, easy on the joints, and good for the heart and spirit.

Belly Dancing: Improve your hip movement, gain better posture, get more coordinated and have FUN! No prior experience or special attire is needed. Everyone is welcome!

 

Booty Camp: An hour of high energy dance routines that will challenge you but are also fun to do. This class uses simple hip hop moves combined with upbeat music to keep you moving the whole time. 

Pedal I.T.: A group fitness experience on a stationary bike! Great for everyone: female, male, conditioned, deconditioned, because YOU control your pace and resistance.

Sculpt Zone: A class for all fitness levels designed to improve muscular strength and endurance. Each major muscle group is targeted using a variety of resistance equipment. If you want to lose body fat and sculpt your muscles, this class is a must!

Turbo Kick: A kickboxing dance party that will burn calories, tone your entire body and leave you enough energy to tackle the rest of the day.

Water Works: This class uses water's natural properties like buoyancy and added resistance to increase your fitness level.

Zumba: Dance for FUN, dance to SWEAT, dance your gluteus maximus off!
